As a Residential Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to these vulnerable individuals, helping them develop socially, emotionally, and behaviorally in a safe and nurturing environment. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating a positive and supportive living environment for young people.
  • Encouraging participation in activities that promote personal growth and well-being.
  • Providing individual support tailored to each young person's needs and care plan.
  • Implementing behavior management strategies effectively and safely.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including social workers, psychologists, and parents.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to the young people's care.
Qualifications and Skills:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A genuine passion for working with young people and a commitment to their well-being.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a residential care setting or similar environment is desirable but not essential.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to transport young people as needed.
