Customer Service and Office Manager

IC Resources is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our client's team as a Customer Service and Office Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office, while also providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or office management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
