Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to drive first-class strategic operations on site. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the operational excellence across the customer journey at the hotel.
  • Work as a hands-on leader from check-in to breakfast, ensuring brand standards are exceeded and customer satisfaction is at the forefront of everything you do.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure management for across all shifts and deputise in their absence.
  • Utilise your experience in food and beverage to level up the daily guest experience.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have previous hotel experience with a strong background in the Food and Beverage department. You will be a flexible operator who knows that being the best doesn't always mean working around the clock.
