Job Responsibilities
As the Culinary Operations Manager, your primary responsibilities will be centered in the kitchen, while collaborating closely with the Food and Beverage management team to create enticing menus that utilize local ingredients, adapting to seasonal changes while adhering to our culinary standards.
You will explore innovative methods to enhance revenue and achieve financial objectives by managing inventory and minimizing waste. A significant aspect of your role will involve administrative duties, including order placements and invoice management through an online system.
Your culinary skills will be put to use as you prepare dishes from scratch using fresh, seasonal produce. You should be proficient in baking, making soups, stews, and other dishes.
You will lead and mentor your team, guided by the Trust's core values, empowering them to deliver exceptional service to our visitors and fostering a positive work environment.
We will provide a comprehensive induction tailored to your role, along with training in food safety and allergens, as well as ongoing professional development opportunities.
Candidate Profile
