About the Role

CHASE is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Services Manager to join our team in the North West region. As a key member of our clinical services team, you will be responsible for providing in-depth training and education to our customers on our key products, ensuring they are working in line with our standard operating procedures (SOPs) and legislation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training programs for customers and internal stakeholders on our insulin delivery products
  • Collaborate with our clinical specialists to identify and recommend refinements in our training strategy and product offerings
  • Work closely with our professional groups to support and influence initiatives that improve patient outcomes and hospital protocols
  • Provide expert clinical guidance and support to our customers and internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical trends and developments in diabetes and insulin management

Requirements

  • Substantial clinical experience in diabetes or insulin management
  • Training and education experience, preferably in a medical device industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence others at all levels
  • Commercial awareness and active NMC registration
