Job Title: A&E General Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate A&E General Nurse to join our team at Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with life-limiting illnesses.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert care to patients with life-limiting illnesses, focusing on symptom management and holistic support.
  • Work collaboratively with the Specialist Palliative Care MDT to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, prioritizing patient-centered care and dignity.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and carers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in education and training initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge in palliative care.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with a strong background in palliative care.
  • Assessment and teaching qualification.
