Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement best-in-class estimation processes and procedures.
- Lead the estimation team in the preparation of detailed estimates, including quantum assessments and optioneering/value engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with project staff, including cost, commercial, and controls teams, to ensure accurate and timely estimates.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through regular communication and presentation of outputs and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proven experience in leading estimation teams and delivering high-quality estimates for large and complex infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of NEC3 and NEC4 contracts and associated procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
