As a Project Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer-related subjects or equivalent
- Proficient written and verbal skills in English and Korean
- 5+ years of experience in customer experience management platforms such as Sales Force, Sprinklr, Zendesk, Khoros, etc.
- Proficient in vendor management
- Ability to write proof-of-concept applications using available SDKs and APIs
- Ability to analyze API source code and assist product and documentation teams to identify gaps in documentation
- Confident to liaise with internal and external customers and provide excellent communication to stakeholders
- Full UK driving license
