Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer-related subjects or equivalent
  • Proficient written and verbal skills in English and Korean
  • 5+ years of experience in customer experience management platforms such as Sales Force, Sprinklr, Zendesk, Khoros, etc.
  • Proficient in vendor management
  • Ability to write proof-of-concept applications using available SDKs and APIs
  • Ability to analyze API source code and assist product and documentation teams to identify gaps in documentation
  • Confident to liaise with internal and external customers and provide excellent communication to stakeholders
  • Full UK driving license
