Job Title: Business and Partnerships Manager

Job Type: Permanent Contract

Salary: £45,000 per annum, based on skills and experience

Hours: Full time; 40 hours per week

Location: Based on site at ROH Covent Garden

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and ambitious senior manager to lead our new business development efforts and support the Partnerships team in growing our client base. As a key member of our small team, you will contribute to the strategic direction and delivery of our portfolio, identifying and soliciting significant six-figure partnerships to underpin growth and future success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute new business strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Negotiate and secure partnerships at six figures and above
  • Work closely with the Partnerships team to build a robust new business pipeline
  • Manage complex projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Utilize a fundraising database or CRM system to track and analyze performance
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in new business development, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to present to the business community. You should have a good understanding of the marketing mix, including digital assets, and be able to work with metrics within proposals and packages.

A target-focused and strategic approach, with effective project management, prioritization, and planning skills, is essential for this role. Experience working with a fundraising database or CRM system is also required.
