Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure high-quality, individualised, person-centred support to all service users
  • Provide mentorship, support, and guidance to the staff team working within the service
  • Develop warm and trusting relationships with service users, encouraging them to express their needs, views, and concerns
  • Support the management of service delivery, effectively meeting the needs of the service users
  • Work in a flexible manner, including evenings and weekends
