About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Teaching Assistant to join our team at Hill House School. As a Senior Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality education and care to our students with autism and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist students to access a broad curriculum through individual programmes
  • Contribute to ongoing curriculum development and planning
  • Mentor and coach new teaching assistants
  • Line manage a small group of teaching assistants
  • Present student progress to stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work flexibly and collaboratively as part of a team. You will also need to be creative, practical, and inventive in your approach to teaching and learning.
