Job Title: Senior Development Technician

Sphere Fluidics Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Development Technician to join our team. As a key member of our R&D department, you will be responsible for the development and testing of our innovative single cell analysis and isolation technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop precision instrumentation, including optical and fluidic systems
  • Conduct testing and validation of developed systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in electromechanical assembly, test, or repair
  • Strong understanding of precision instrumentation development and testing
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
