Content Localization Specialist (French speaker) – Contract Position

Role Objective:

The CE&E IMI team is dedicated to crafting and delivering meaningful customer interactions for healthcare professionals and patients through cohesive engagements and solutions.

This position is integral to the Customer Experience, Content & Partnerships Excellence team within the CE&E, IMI organization—a collective of innovative and passionate professionals focused on designing and implementing tailored and outcome-driven customer experiences rooted in profound insights and human-centered design principles.

The Content Localization Specialist will collaborate closely with the selected agency to ensure high-quality creative adaptations of centrally developed content, guided by input from CX Engagement & Channels team members, who will coordinate with various regions on a brand-specific engagement strategy.

The specialist will also oversee a process bridging the CX Engagement & Channel Team and the Content Hub Production team, ensuring that briefs are accurately received, uploaded to the appropriate systems, and managed with a clear understanding of localization requirements.

Key Responsibilities:


• Collaborate with the CX Engagement & Activation Director and the Agency to comprehend customer journeys and content strategies, working with the Agency on the creative adaptation of centrally provided assets—this may involve modifying existing content or creating channel-specific materials from the ground up based on the CX Strategy & Design Master Asset narrative.


• Provide clear briefs to the Content Hub Production Team regarding content creation and manage the revision cycles with the Asset Owner.


• Assist in adapting above-market content to meet local regulatory requirements, ensuring that all content is compliant and ready for execution in various markets.


• Support content tracking management and the demand forecasting and prioritization process with the Content Hub to guarantee timely execution.


• Collaborate with the Content Hub and CX Activation Director to finalize the delivery of engagement plans through localization.

Essential Qualifications:


• A strong background in marketing and content, combined with robust project management skills to effectively handle multiple workflows simultaneously.


• Experience in content adaptation, either within a creative agency or on the client side.


• A solid grasp of content quality standards to ensure agency deliverables are met on time and to the required quality.


• Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Medical Legal Review (MLR) tools.


• Experience in the pharmaceutical sector.


• Proficiency in French.

• A comprehensive understanding of the regulatory landscape in marketing to healthcare professionals.


• Proven strong skills in both oral and written communication, as well as project management.


• Highly collaborative, with the ability to engage and partner effectively with chosen agencies.
