About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Behaviour Mentor to join our team at Overstone Park School. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting our students who require additional assistance in overcoming barriers to learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one and group support to students who require additional help in overcoming learning barriers.
  • Work closely with teachers and other staff to develop and implement strategies to support students with challenging behaviour.
  • Collaborate with families and the wider community to ensure a holistic approach to supporting students.
  • Act as a role model and motivator, encouraging students to reach their full potential.
Requirements
  • Qualification in Level 2 or 3 in childcare or Health and social care.
  • Three years of experience working with children or within the care sector.
  • Ability to work effectively with students, families, and staff to achieve positive outcomes.
