Key Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one and group support to students who require additional help in overcoming learning barriers.
- Work closely with teachers and other staff to develop and implement strategies to support students with challenging behaviour.
- Collaborate with families and the wider community to ensure a holistic approach to supporting students.
- Act as a role model and motivator, encouraging students to reach their full potential.
- Qualification in Level 2 or 3 in childcare or Health and social care.
- Three years of experience working with children or within the care sector.
