Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure thorough knowledge of menu and special offers to provide accurate information to customers and clients
  • Maintain a clean and well-presented kitchen area, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Support the Chef(s) in maintaining a high-quality kitchen environment, performing ad-hoc duties in simple food preparation as needed
  • Operate kitchen equipment efficiently, reporting any maintenance issues in line with procedures
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the till point, adhering to established procedures
  • Ensure compliance with COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations, reporting any incidents in line with procedures
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach
  • Previous experience in a catering or food service environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
