Job Title: UK Client Service Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented UK Client Service Associate to join our team at Meredith Brown Associates. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client queries and requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that client information is shared and that opportunities are not missed.
  • Assist with the preparation of client reports and presentations, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Work with the Head of UK Client Service to ensure the accurate and timely completion of RFPs and client questionnaires.
  • Facilitate the review and completion of client legal agreements and side letters, liaising with clients and internal departments as needed.
  • Attend client meetings and events as required, providing exceptional support and ensuring that client needs are met.
  • Help the sales team with follow-ups post-client meetings and investor conferences.
  • Maintain and update records on the CRM database, ensuring that all client information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Build and maintain effective internal relationships with colleagues to ensure that high levels of client service are maintained at all times.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience working in a client services or sales support capacity from within the asset management arena.
  • Good knowledge of unit trusts, OEICs, pricing, and OCFs.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a high attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • A good understanding of the sales process with wholesale and institutional investors.
  • Knowledge of competitors, relative performance, funds, and buy lists for major clients.
