About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager to join our team at Single Homeless Project. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our frontline workers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality support services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop partnerships with stakeholders to enhance service delivery
  • Deputise for the Services Manager as required, providing day-to-day direction and guidance to frontline workers
  • Contribute to budget setting, monitor expenditure, and review service performance
  • Develop and implement recovery-focused support services, working with clients experiencing multiple disadvantages
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish or improve services to service users
Requirements
  • Experience in staff and service management, with a strong understanding of service key performance indicators
  • Knowledge of Housing Management, including License Agreements and other types of tenures
  • High level of numeracy, literacy, and comprehension to contribute to budget setting and review service performance
  • Demonstrable understanding of the principles of Recovery and Psychologically Informed Environments
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build positive working relationships with stakeholders
