Job Title: Warehouse Administrator

Job Summary:

Our client, a world-renowned warehousing organization, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to support their existing team in their flagship warehousing operation. As a Warehouse Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records of stock, liaising with suppliers and internal managers, and ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of stock on site in internal WMS systems and Excel
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal managers to ensure timely and efficient inventory management
  • Track inventory digitally and maintain incumbent warehouse stock digitally
  • Print inbound labels and assign them to supplier wallets
  • Keep track of the booking schedule and follow process
  • Reconcile stock off site
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a warehouse environment, managing stock control is preferable
  • Previous experience of using WMS system and understands how this works (experience is SAP or JDA if possible)
  • Ability to maintain high standards of quality in record keeping, ensuring information is always recorded accurately, appropriately and kept up to date
  • Experience of carrying out administrative duties to complete a piece of work in a methodical, efficient, and timely manner to meet a set deadline
  • Ability to use word processing (and at least one other Microsoft Office Software Package e.g. Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and Access)
  • Effective and coherent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to represent the organization professionally when liaising with customers and multiple departments
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to demonstrate experience working in a high-pressured fast-paced office environment
  • Ability to maintain paper and electronic records in line with procedures and respond to internal & external service information requirements in consultation with the Line Manager
  • Demonstratable and effective time management skills
  • Ability to use one's own initiative and work autonomously, seeking support and advice where necessary
  • Pragmatic and solution-focused approach to everyday tasks
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to the role and their own development
