About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Inclusion Manager to join our team at Arbour Academy. As an Inclusion Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with a range of learning difficulties and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to pupils with learning difficulties and complex needs
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote independence and confidence
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure pupils receive the best possible support
  • Monitor and track pupil progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address these
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure they are informed and involved in their child's education
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good literacy, numeracy and ICT skills
  • Ability to promote independence and confidence
  • Excellent role model for pupils
  • Flexible and willing to work as part of a team
About Us

Arbour Academy is a Pupil Health Referral Unit based in Eccles, working with young people with a range of mental health concerns. We have a strong record of success with our pupils and maintain high levels of support for them and their family network.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Individual posts are subject to a satisfactory two-year reference history, Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, medical clearance, evidence of essential qualifications and proof of legal working in accordance with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996.
