About the Role

Funding Circle is seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Operations Specialist to join our Borrower Service team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in assisting borrowers complete their loan applications and providing exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dealing with inbound inquiries from borrowers, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Nudging pre-qualified leads to complete their loan applications and providing support throughout the process.
  • Requesting information from business owners to facilitate the loan application process.
  • Updating our CRM system with accurate and timely information to ensure seamless loan processing.
  • Developing strong working relationships with our direct sales teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Supporting our direct business reporting by maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Proactively identifying and mitigating risks, issues, or control weaknesses that may impact the loan application process.
