As a Client Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with our clients. You'll act as the main point of contact, working closely with clients, their teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding process, seamless service delivery, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage client expectations, driving retention through expert legislative guidance and sharing industry insights.
  • Nurture and manage client relationships, addressing any concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, delivering exceptional, personalized support.
  • Identify growth opportunities and potential upselling of services to clients where applicable.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and seamless service delivery.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to provide clients with value-added advice and solutions.
  • Work alongside the Business Development team to identify and onboard new clients smoothly.
  • Relay client feedback and issues to management to facilitate continuous improvements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the CRM system.
  • Schedule and conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in client or account management roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage complex client needs.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable with phone-based interactions to foster stronger relationships.
