CCA is excited to collaborate with a leading organization located in the East Midlands, which is seeking an Inbound Sales Team Leader to oversee a team and enhance performance within an Inbound Sales division.


This role presents an excellent opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic leader with a solid history of maximizing team potential and consistently achieving sales results.

Responsibilities of the Inbound Sales Team Leader...

- Overseeing a sales-focused service team of around 15 advisors.
- Prioritizing the achievement of sales objectives and KPIs, including average call handling time, quality assurance, and conversion rates.
- Conducting one-on-one meetings with team members to identify performance improvement areas and providing regular feedback.
- Establishing a clear strategy and objectives to ensure alignment within the team.
- Promoting best practices to consistently meet high standards.

- Proven experience in leading a team of sales-focused service advisors in a dynamic contact center setting.
- Strong operational leadership skills with a track record of consistently meeting sales targets.
- Ability to achieve key metrics related to employee engagement and customer satisfaction scores.
- Commercially astute with the capability to cultivate a high-performance environment.
- Effective collaboration and communication with colleagues at all levels.
- Commitment to prioritizing customer needs.
- Proficient in coaching and mentoring team members.
