The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies, along with experience in back-office processes, particularly within the Settlements domain.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating and coordinating analysis and planning sessions.
- Organizing team routines and supporting project administration tasks using tools such as JIRA.
- Gaining familiarity with the products and applications utilized by various business lines to effectively shape software development.
- Ensuring timely communication within the project to manage risks and escalations.
- Demonstrating proficient written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical designs and business concepts clearly.
As a key contributor within an Agile team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading planning and requirements gathering sessions with team members and operational partners.
- Collaborating with teams across various regions.
- Managing and tracking infrastructure implementation tasks for business-driven projects.
