Job Description

Role: Quality Assurance Specialist

Location: Remote Opportunity

Duration: Long-term Contract


Job Summary:

Radiant Systems Inc is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Author of qualification documents: Develop and maintain qualification documents for quality control department equipment, including CSV, VP, FDS, URS, and other relevant documents.
  • Protocol development: Write protocols required for qualification documents, such as IOQP.
  • Coordination and execution: Collaborate with CSV, QA, and IT teams, as well as external vendors, to execute qualifications and ensure timely completion.
  • User SOP development: Create user SOPs for equipment within the Quality Control department.
  • Project planning and management: Develop project plans and attend regular meetings with the department to ensure successful project execution.


Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software applications.
