We are seeking a skilled Sales Negotiator to join our team at a leading independent estate agent in Nottingham. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for registering and building rapport with potential home buyers, arranging and conducting property viewings, and negotiating offers between vendors and buyers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide feedback to vendors.
  • Negotiate offers and agreements between buyers and sellers.
  • Coordinate appointments with mortgage brokers and solicitors.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage accurate records of sales activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the property industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
