AECOM is a world-leading infrastructure consulting firm, and we're seeking a talented Senior/Principal Civil Engineer to join our dynamic Water Engineering team in Belfast, Dublin, or Cork. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering innovative water programs and projects that make a real difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed designs for wastewater treatment work upgrades, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and specifications.
  • Produce feasibility studies, including financial and non-financial comparisons, to inform project decisions.
  • Collaborate with clients and AECOM counterparts to develop sustainable drainage designs and renewable energy solutions for water and wastewater sites.
  • Work closely with top-tier civil, mechanical, electrical, and process engineers to deliver a range of captivating projects, from small initiatives to large-scale ventures.
What You'll Need:
  • Civil Engineering degree qualification.
  • Experience using AutoCAD to create design packages and check work.
  • Experience in compiling feasibility studies on wastewater treatment and/or infrastructure projects.
  • Experience in contract preparation and administration using NEC and/or FIDIC forms of contract.
