We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Service Department at Farol Ltd as a Workshop Team Leader.
This is an exciting opportunity for a people-focused individual with an Agricultural Engineering background to lead our Ashbourne depot's workshop team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive a first-class service with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
The role will involve working within the depot and onsite without supervision, as well as collaborating with colleagues in the workshops and other functions in a positive and constructive manner.
The ideal candidate will have experience of coaching/mentoring and be able to lead by example, promoting the company's values and procedures.
They will also be responsible for maintaining a clean working environment, personal presentation, and tidy and clean vans.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strict quality control measures and final checks on all repairs through the workshop and taking the lead in signing off PDI's.
They will also be responsible for leading the way with Farol Procedures, including Expert checks, PDI Inspections, and Risk assessments.
The successful candidate will have a driving license and be able to work overtime as required.
About the PackageThe successful candidate will receive a basic salary in the region of £35 - £40,000 dependent on experience, a generous bonus scheme, 20 days holiday increasing by 1 day for each completed year of service up to a maximum of 25 days (plus Bank Holidays), company pension, employee discount, cycle to work scheme, and financial planning service.
Hours and place of workThe role will involve working 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday, with overtime as required.
The successful candidate will be based at our Ashbourne depot.
