Job SummaryThe Account Executive will be responsible for hunting, prospecting, and engaging new clients, developing proposals, and managing the sales process from start to finish. This role requires a deep understanding of NetDocuments' business, products, competitors, and the legal tech industry.
Key Responsibilities- Work with prospective clients from the legal industry to schedule virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Educate potential customers on product benefits and how NetDocuments can help their organization
- Negotiate and close contracts with potential clients
- Develop and maintain excellent knowledge and understanding of NetDocuments' business, products, competitors, and the legal tech industry
- Work side-by-side with BDRs to manage leads
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes
- Utilize a consistent contact attempt process via phone and email to follow-up, nurture, and qualify leads
- Follow NetDocuments' pipeline management process detailing all interactions and pipeline stages using Salesforce
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Experience selling to legal departments for large corporations
- 2+ years of work experience supporting C-Level Executives
