Job Overview:

CV Library is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Design Engineer Apprentice to join our team. As an Electrical Design Engineer Apprentice, you will assist and support the Operational Management team in delivering exceptional services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in Monitoring Out-sourced Services: Collaborate with the Operational Management team to monitor and manage out-sourced services, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality results.
  2. Liaise with Clients and Contractors: Develop strong relationships with clients and contractors, providing exceptional communication and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  3. Demonstrate Fault-finding Skills: Utilize your expertise in electrical plant and equipment to identify and resolve complex issues, demonstrating a proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
  4. Liaise with Manufacturers: Communicate effectively with manufacturers to resolve equipment failures, arrange orders for new equipment, and ensure minimal downtime.
  5. Assist in Recruitment and Selection: Support the recruitment process by selecting candidates, interviewing, and recruiting top talent to fill vacant positions.
Requirements:
  1. Formal Qualification: Possess a formal qualification in Electrical Engineering or a similar recognized qualification.
  2. Certification: Hold 17th Edition/18th Edition certification.
  3. Knowledge of Building Services: Demonstrate a strong understanding of building services and their application in electrical engineering.
  4. Experience in FM Industry: Possess experience working in the FM industry, with a focus on managing PPMS.
  5. Valid UK Driving License: Hold a valid UK driving license.
