About Our Organization

We are collaborating with other local NHS Trusts to establish a new entity that integrates all community, mental health, and learning disability services across the region. The program, known as Project Fusion, is focused on forming a new combined NHS Foundation Trust. This new entity will encompass services currently provided by various trusts, ensuring that care is tailored to meet the unique needs of different populations.
