About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Music Educator to join our team at Outwood Grange Academies Trust. As a Music Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and delivering teaching and learning in music, as well as contributing to the development of our Creative Arts department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging music lessons for students of all abilities
  • Lead and manage the music department, including staff development and performance management
  • Contribute to the development of our curriculum and assessment strategies
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality teaching and learning
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address these
