Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team in the Stroke Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the delivery of our high-quality services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to evidence-based practice and professional standards.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Participate in education and training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with the NMC or working towards and due to qualify in the next six months.
  • Degree/Diploma in Nursing or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience of looking after patients in a healthcare environment.
