We are seeking a skilled Accounts Assistant to join our team at Meridian Business Support Limited. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our finance team with a range of tasks, including financial record-keeping, data entry, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, record-keeping, and financial reporting.
- Assist with financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an accounting or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £24,000 - £28,000 PA (pro rata if part time).
- A 36.5 hour working week, with flexible working arrangements including hybrid working.
