HR Policy Adviser

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Policy Adviser to join our team at The Change Partners - Global talent specialists for a connected world. This role is based in the Gatwick area and is a hybrid role allowing you to work three days in the office and two days working from home.

About the Role

This is a commercially minded and experienced HR professional role that requires an energetic approach to delivering results. You will be responsible for providing a first-class employee experience and enjoy sharing best practice with the wider team of HR professionals in Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitoring, reviewing, and updating all HR policies and ensuring these are in line with current legislation.
  • Oversee the preparation of data for payroll and management of benefits.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team assisting with recruitment campaigns and onboarding.
  • Work jointly with the HRBP on complex employee relations issues and support internal investigations.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports.
  • Administer data in global HR systems, including absence tracking, payroll, and benefits.
Requirements

We are looking for a strong relationship builder who can provide a seamless HR service. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrable experience in an HR advisory role.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified or holds an equivalent degree in HR.
  • Experience working for a large, global, and commercial organisation.
