Your Responsibilities:


As a vital member of our bar team, you will work to surpass expectations, inspiring your colleagues with your expertise, skills, and enthusiasm for top-notch beverages and exceptional service.

Key duties include:
  • Crafting and serving premium cocktails to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in every drink.
  • Collaborating with team members to develop unique cocktails for menu updates and special promotions.
  • Providing insightful recommendations and guidance to customers regarding drink selections.
  • Conducting engaging cocktail and gin masterclasses for patrons.
  • Mentoring and motivating junior staff members.
  • Assisting management with recruitment, training, and development of junior staff as needed.
  • Working cohesively with the bar team to maintain exceptional service standards.
  • Managing operational tasks essential for the efficient daily functioning of the bar, including setup and breakdown.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service at all times, regardless of venue busyness.
  • Adhering to industry best practices regarding Food and Beverage and Health and Safety.

The Ideal Candidate:


We are looking for someone who possesses:

  • A deep understanding of both classic and contemporary cocktails, along with a strong knowledge of the spirits industry.
  • Significant experience in a cocktail bar setting.
  • A current UK bar license (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Exceptional bartending skills, attention to detail, and the ability to innovate.
  • Experience in designing and creating unique cocktails.
  • Confidence, creativity, and a commitment to delivering consistently high-quality drinks in a lively atmosphere.
  • Natural hospitality skills, energy, and enthusiasm, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • The capacity to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining top-notch drink standards.
  • A desire to expand their skill set and advance their career, with opportunities for future promotions.
  • High standards of personal presentation and proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK or possession of a valid UK work permit/visa.
