What We're Looking For:

We're seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, with a passion for delivering exceptional food and service. They will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, and will be able to demonstrate their skills and experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and preparation
  • Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service
  • Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Ensure high standards of quality and consistency in all aspects of kitchen operations
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
