About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Data Analyst & Business Partner to join our team at Costello Medical. As a key member of our Finance team, you will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy and driving business growth.

As a Finance Data Analyst & Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing financial expertise and support to various departments across the company. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement financial strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and analyzing financial reports, including management accounts and variance analysis
  • Developing and maintaining financial models and data analytics tools
  • Providing financial expertise and support to business stakeholders, including budget management and financial planning
  • Conducting internal audits and ensuring adherence to financial policies and regulatory requirements
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements across the Finance function

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual with a strong background in finance and data analysis. You will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.
