About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Data Analyst & Business Partner to join our team at Costello Medical. As a key member of our Finance team, you will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy and driving business growth.

As a Finance Data Analyst & Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing financial expertise and support to various departments across the company. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement financial strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and analyzing financial reports, including management accounts and financial models
  • Developing and maintaining financial systems and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Providing financial guidance and support to business stakeholders, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance financial performance and efficiency
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve financial performance

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual with a strong background in finance and data analysis. You will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Essential requirements for the role include:

  • A recognized accountancy qualification, such as ACA or ACCA
  • Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in a finance role
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards
  • Advanced skills in Excel, including Power Query and data visualization tools
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
