The Role

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Coordinator to join our Contracts and Purchasing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive administrative support, with a focus on maintaining and optimizing departmental data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately inputting large volumes of contract data, including rates, conditions, and allotments, across various systems.
  • Collaborating with Contract Managers to verify the precision and completeness of contract details.
  • Managing inventory by negotiating additional stock or closures as needed.

Requirements

  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Hotel Operations experience or Degree in Travel & Tourism would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Google or Microsoft Suites.
  • A European language (other than English) would be an advantage.
