Job Summary

We are seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist to join our Integrated Community Mental Health Teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding secondary care mental health services, working collaboratively with other services within the Trust and other Trusts within the ICS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care that improves lives
  • Provide professional leadership and guidance to the multidisciplinary community team
  • Work collaboratively with other services within the Trust and other Trusts within the ICS
  • Contribute to the development of medical leadership and provide protected clinical supervision to junior doctors
Person Specification

We are looking for a Consultant Psychiatrist with:

  • MBChB and MRCPsych CCT or CESR in general adult psychiatry
  • Predominant experience in general adult psychiatry
  • Evidence of ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team
  • Evidence of previous leadership experience and/or motivation in developing medical leadership
