Job Title: Governance and Quality Data Lead

Finatal is seeking a highly skilled Data Governance and Quality Lead to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for consolidating data from multiple sources, improving data quality, and developing a single source of truth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures
  • Design and implement data quality frameworks and metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports using Power BI
  • Lead the development of ETL/ELT pipelines using Fivetran, DBT, and Snowflake

Requirements:

  • Exceptional experience working with DBT, SQL, and data engineering
  • Strong understanding of data governance and quality principles
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of data analysts
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
