About the Role

  • Lead and motivate a team of food and beverage professionals to deliver outstanding customer service and drive business growth.
  • Work closely with the Food and Beverage Managers and other Team Leaders to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food presentation.
  • Identify and address any issues that may impact customer satisfaction or team performance, taking proactive steps to resolve them.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
