Job Summary
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Audit Assistant Manager to lead our audit teams and provide exceptional service to our clients. As an Audit Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing audit assignments, supervising junior staff, and providing guidance and support to clients. You will also be expected to contribute to the development of our audit teams and help drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage audit assignments from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and expertise.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Contribute to the development of our audit teams, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, ensuring our audit teams are equipped to provide the best possible service to our clients.
Requirements
- ACCA/ACA qualified.
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in accounting software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
