Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Venatu Recruitment Group. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and grow sales with existing customers
  • Support the operations team in fulfillment of orders and help them carry out their duties
  • Resolve customer disputes and issues regarding quality expectations, product shortages, damages, and urgent and late delivery issues
  • Generate leads, contact prospective customers via phone and email, and visit them as needed for business development and other business matters
  • Prepare and submit sales reports as desired by management
  • Be part of developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs

Requirements:

  • A confident communicator with a can-do attitude and a polite but firm telephone manner
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, customers, and service providers
  • Commercial, common-sense approach
  • Ability to operate at pace under pressure while maintaining quality and accuracy
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
