As an Audit Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for planning, performing, and completing the audit process for various assignments. You will ensure clients receive high-quality service through effective resource management and coordination with relevant departments.

### Key Responsibilities

* Establish relationships with key client contacts.
* Provide efficient, proactive service to exceed client expectations.
* Identify issues and resolve them in collaboration with the client Partner or Director.
* Maintain awareness of the commercial aspects of clients' businesses and their impact on our work.
* Identify and highlight opportunities for the firm from work undertaken.
* Regularly discuss progress with clients, propose solutions to any challenges, and ensure reasonable expectations are met.

### Requirements

* ACA, CA, ACCA qualification, or equivalent.
* Demonstrable audit and accounts experience in a professional services firm.
* Strong communication skills for both internal and client interactions.
* Experience in supervising and delegating work to others.
* Ability to motivate staff to achieve optimal performance.
* Strong organizational skills to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
* Proactive cost monitoring against budget for individual clients.

### Benefits

* Salary circa £50,000 - £55,000 per annum. Negotiable.
