ROLE SUMMARY
A Senior Project Coordinator is sought to oversee projects from the initial design phase through to successful completion and handover.

PRIMARY DUTIES
  • Lead, coordinate, and proactively manage the planning, development, and execution of projects, ensuring all contracts are fulfilled safely, on schedule, and within budget while meeting client expectations.
  • Thorough comprehension of project scope, including any changes or additional work, managing change requests and technical inquiries effectively.
  • Establish safe working practices in compliance with health and safety regulations, including CDM where necessary.
  • Direct communication with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and resource plans.
  • Convey project requirements to site teams, including contractors and agents.
  • Supervise project teams and coordinate project activities.
  • Assume overall responsibility for project delivery, ensuring compliance with contract specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Manage project budgets, monitor financial performance, and demonstrate strong commercial insight.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Project Management certification (Prince 2, APM, or equivalent experience)
  • Experience managing projects in HV & LV networks or civil engineering, with a strong grasp of financial oversight and contract law
  • Proficient in project scheduling tools such as MS Project or similar
  • Experience in cost and revenue management
  • Capability to operate as a Principal Contractor under CDM regulations
  • Valid driving license
  • Previous experience in a comparable role
