About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and high-performing self-starter to join our team as an Assistant Boutique Manager. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a leading role in supporting the Boutique Manager to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Boutique Manager in leading, coaching, and developing a team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Develop and execute in-store events to drive sales and engagement.
  • Coach and mentor Sales Advisors to achieve their full potential and succeed in their roles.
  • Manage retail operations, including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • Proven retail experience at Supervisor or above level, preferably within beauty.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country.
