About the Role
Nominet's legal team provides strategic advice to the organization, collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with sales and product teams to negotiate commercial agreements, manage global services and license transactions, and develop partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal support to sales and product teams, ensuring compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with external law firms to address complex advisory work, when necessary.
- Develop and implement effective contract management strategies to minimize risks and maximize business opportunities.
- Work closely with the business to identify and address potential risks, ensuring a proactive approach to problem-solving.
About You
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced legal professional with a strong background in commercial law. You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
