As an Inclusion Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all students, especially those with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, have access to a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in additional training to enhance your skills, including de-escalation techniques for challenging situations.
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized support plans for students.
- Provide one-on-one support to students, promoting their social, emotional, and academic well-being.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Previous experience in an inclusion or support role is preferred.
- Passion for working with children and young people.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one upon successful registration).
- Professional or academic references covering the last 2 years.
- A competitive daily rate of £85-£90.
