Position: Facilities Maintenance Technician

Location: Oxford

Salary: £40,205 DOE plus on-call

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting Planned Preventative and Reactive Maintenance
  • Providing a multi-skilled maintenance service across electrical and mechanical areas
  • Carrying out modifications and installations as necessary
  • Coordinating with contractors and effectively communicating technical challenges
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Enhancing the performance of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Monitoring critical building systems
  • Executing PPM & Reactive maintenance on client assets
  • Maintaining accurate records and managing equipment
  • Upholding safe working practices and environments
  • Participating in the on-call rota

Candidate Profile:

  • Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Willingness to work flexibly and be available for callouts
  • Ability to perform under pressure and make informed decisions
  • Proficient in mechanical plant and plumbing systems
  • Familiarity with BMS and electrical systems
  • Experience in maintaining high-specification plant
  • Strong communication skills
